Vrikshabandhan

 Vrikshabandhan is a concept or celebration inspired by Rakshabandhan, but instead of tying a rakhi to a sibling, people tie a rakhi (or decorative thread) to a tree.

The idea is to show love, respect, and commitment to protecting nature—just like we promise to protect our brothers or sisters. It is usually done to raise awareness about environmental conservation, deforestation, and the importance of trees in our lives.
