 'Footsteps For Good’ - An Intra school Sports championship of the Cambridge wing of DAV Public School was organized under different categories with full zeal, spirit and enthusiasm on 30 January, 2024.Students came in physical education uniform and sports shoes. Students of class8 wholeheartedly participated in the event. Enthusiastic athelets were giving their best. Winner were awarded - GOLD (1st position) SILVER(2nd position) and BRONZE (3rd position). Winners were felicitated by our Principal Mam Mrs. RashmiRaj Biswal and our cordinator mam Mrs. Jyotsna Kumar. 

 Studying GK by reading newspapers. Newspaper reading is an important habit that not only makes them aware about their surroundings but also improves their vocabulary as well. 

  Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26 January. On this day, the Constitution of India came into effect in 1950. The day is celebrated with great excitement, joy and a grand parade at Rajpath in New Delhi. This year the Republic Day celebration is centered around the themes,   “ Viksit Bharat ” and “Bharat – Loktantra ki Matruka.”

Students of class 6 introduced themselves in sanskrit language. The purpose of this activity was to develop senstivity among students towards indian culture, linguistics and traditions.  

 Today in calligraphy club, students learnt SERIF font. They practiced this skill from newspaper.
