The Social Science Times

The class was divided into group of 4 students each. Each group was given a dice and a political map of India. All 6 numbers on the dice were allotted some states such as – 1 – opening of game, 2- Jammu and Kashmir, Goa, Kerala 3- Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, 6- try again. So, whatever number comes, the student marked any one state from that number. The student who marked all the states first was the winner. It was a great ice breaker for the revision of map skills.

Inter house activity - Quizzing (Science) was conducted. Students were excited and enthusiastic. Teacher asked questions from students based on their curriculum. There were 5 rounds each was time restricted. House wise Quiz was comducted. First position- Einstein house Second Position - Bose house Third position - Aristotle. Congratulations to

Map skill is an important aspects of social studies. Students of class 6 dedicatedly worked on Map. Students did physical features of India on map of India.
